PROVIDER FAQ
Common Provider Questions
Click any question to expand the answer.
Do you accept HSA / FSA cards for medically prescribed lifts?
Yes. We accept HSA and FSA cards directly. Lift modifications prescribed for leg length discrepancy or other medical conditions are typically eligible expenses. We provide itemized invoices for reimbursement.
Can you bill insurance directly?
We don’t bill insurance directly, but we provide itemized receipts and CPT/HCPCS-aligned descriptions when requested for patient reimbursement. Most patients submit through their HSA or for medical expense deduction.
What documentation do you provide before final shipping?
Photographic confirmation of the modified shoe (with measured lift height visible), work-form record on file, and itemized invoice. Available to the patient or directly to your office with their authorization.
Can you handle bulk orders for clinic patients?
Yes. For practices with multiple patients, we offer streamlined intake and consolidated billing. Contact us for bulk arrangements and dedicated support.
Do you modify post-surgical orthopedic boots and braces?
Yes â we work with post-hip replacement, post-knee replacement, and post-trauma cases routinely. We can modify CAM walkers, walking boots, and AFO-compatible footwear. Send a photo first for case-specific assessment.
How do I get my practice listed as a referral source?
Contact us via the provider line or email. We can establish a streamlined intake for your practice, provide patient handouts/business cards, and coordinate ongoing case communication.
