2 Inch Shoe Lift — Custom Build-Up Bonded Into Your Own Shoes

A 2 inch shoe lift (5 cm) is a serious correction, and it has to be built like one. Two solid inches under one foot changes how you walk, how much the shoe weighs and how stable you feel on uneven ground. Our 2″ build uses a rocker taper at the forefoot, a honeycomb core to drop weight, and a wider base at the heel so the shoe stays planted.

We split the sole and bond in a full-length 2″ layer, then shape it. The forefoot tapers toward the toe in a rocker profile so the foot rolls through the step rather than hinging over a block; the heel is kept slightly wider than the shoe for stability. The layer is finished in the shoe’s sole colour so it reads as a thick midsole.

At 2″ we strongly recommend the honeycomb core ($9.99) — it makes the lift light enough to wear all day. For sports, work boots or anyone who feels unsteady, rigid material ($19.99) stiffens the build for maximum stability. The two can be combined.
