How long does the entire process take?
Typically 7–10 business days total: 1–2 days for kit delivery, 2–3 days for your shoes to reach us, 1–2 days for modification, 2–8 days transit back depending on your location.
What if I’m not sure about my measurements?
Place your order anyway with your best estimate. We’ll guide you through measurement in our follow-up. Read our height guide or contact us for help.
Is shipping really free both ways?
Yes. We provide a prepaid USPS label with your free kit, and we cover the return shipping after your shoes are modified. No hidden fees.
Do I pay before or after the work is done?
After. We modify your shoes first, then email you an invoice. Once payment clears, we ship your shoes back. You stay in control throughout.
Can I send multiple pairs in one shipment?
Yes — most clients do. List each pair on the work form. Each pair is priced individually but you save on shipping by sending them together.
What if I’m not satisfied with the result?
We back every modification with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If something isn’t right, we’ll fix it at no charge or refund your modification cost.
