Here is everything you need to know about sending us your shoes, getting them back, and what happens if you are not happy. It is simple: shipping is free both ways, and your satisfaction is guaranteed.

We pay for shipping in both directions. You never pay to send your shoes to us, and you never pay to get them back.

  • Shipping is by USPS.
  • We ship to and from all 50 states. United States only.
  • You can send one pair or several pairs in the same box. The label is still free.

How to send us your shoes

Pick whichever option is easier for you.

Option 1: Request a free shipping kit

We mail you a box, a prepaid USPS label, and a short work form. Put your shoes and the form in the box, stick on the label, and drop it at any post office or hand it to your mail carrier.

Option 2: Print our prepaid label and use your own box

Print the free USPS label, print the work form, and pack your shoes in any sturdy box. You can send as many pairs as you like in one box.

Where to send your shoes

Our prepaid label is already addressed. If you ship on your own, use the address that matches your carrier:

Please do not send UPS or FedEx packages to the PO Box. They cannot deliver there.

How long it takes

  • Our work: 1 to 3 business days once your shoes arrive at our workshop.
  • Trip back to you: 3 to 5 days by USPS, with tracking.
  • We email you when your shoes arrive and again when they ship back.

Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not happy with your shoe lift, we will make it right. Here is how it works:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your shoes back. Call or email us and tell us what is wrong.
  2. Mail the shoes back for free. Use our prepaid USPS label. You pay nothing for shipping.
  3. We fix it or refund it. We will correct the work at no charge, or refund the cost of the modification.

The guarantee covers the cost of our modification work. It does not cover the purchase price of the shoes themselves, because a shoe lift permanently changes the shoe. You can read more in our Terms of Service.
