How much will my order cost?

Do I pay now or after my shoes are modified?
No payment is due when you submit this form. We confirm pricing and turnaround time first, then collect payment before we begin work. You stay in control throughout.
What if I’m not sure about my measurements?
Submit the form anyway with your best estimate or write “need help measuring” in the notes. We’ll guide you through the measurement process before you ship anything. Read our guide on choosing the right height.
How long until I get my shoes back?
Total cycle is typically 7–10 business days: 1–2 days for confirmation, 2–3 days for your shoes to reach us, 5–7 days for modification, and 2–8 days transit time depending on your location.
Can I send multiple pairs in one order?
Yes — many clients send 2–3 pairs at once to maximize the shipping label. Just list each pair in the notes section of the form. We’ll modify all to your specifications and ship them back together.
What if I’m not satisfied with the result?
We back every modification with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If something isn’t right, we’ll fix it at no charge or refund your modification cost. Your satisfaction is our standard.
